Yes. The initial readiness review itself has no cost and no obligation. It does not include implementation, custom development, or ongoing support — see "What's not included" above.
What if you don't recommend AI or automation?
We'll tell you directly — sometimes that means no automation makes sense yet, and sometimes it means a proven off-the-shelf tool already covers what you need instead of a custom build. We'd rather say so than sell you something you don't need.
How long does the review take?
It depends on how much you can share up front and how complex the process is, so we won't promise a fixed turnaround here. Your time commitment is normally just the one conversation — no lengthy questionnaire or technical prep required beforehand.
Do I need to know anything technical to request one?
